Long weekends = my favorite kind of weekend.
I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
I got to spend it relaxing and doing absolutely nothing. AND we finally got to stay in this weekend!! We haven’t had an at-home weekend in ages and it was much needed considering the next few weekends ahead.
Here are pics from what I’ve been up to lately…
I’ve been on a baking spree lately and have been bringing in my freshly baked treats to work..
We’ve also been having lots of BBQ! The mister is just so proud of his ribs!
And the boyfriend’s dad made carnitas!
And fried tacos!
Yep, I eat a lot :)
Last weekend, I fell in love with a new bfast place! Just look at those pancakes!
And this weekend, we spent it roaming the streets of Pasadena and taking advantage of the Memorial Day sales. And I finally finally FINALLY got to try Noodle World! It’s a whole place dedicated to noods!!!
Lately I have been feeling inspired to cook more Asian foods! I made fried rice for the first time in my life!! I know, I know….it’s the most simplest thing ever but I am proud. Don’t me judge me!
Making the Asian mom proud :)
We had one of those dinners that was half take-out leftovers and actual leftovers lol
And for tonight’s dinner, I made a lemon garlic orzo with roasted veggies for! It’s was yummy and there was a lot!
Wishing you all the best!
