Olive Oil Herb Dip


When there’s a baguette in the house, I find myself with the urge to want to dip it in something oily, garlicky, and just plain awesomeness!

The olive oil herb dip makes the perfect dipping condiment for fresh bread.

I have a few recommendations:

(1) Lots of garlic!

(2) Experiment and try different flavored olive oils! Noes the time to really taste the oil.

Do that and you will have a very yummy bread dip!

Olive Oil Herb Dip

1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp fresh rosemary (can use dried if not available)
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
a pinch of red pepper flakes
fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1) In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Let sit for a few minutes to let the flavors infuse.

2) Enjoy with fresh bread!
