We’re finally in May! The months, weeks, and days are going by so quickly! Where has time gone? Oh my, I swear I’m an 80-year old lady trapped in a 20-somethings body haha.

How was your week? I sure hope your week has been going well :)

Favorite day of the week:

tuesdays are spam musubi days! here i have 3 types: chicken katsu, original, and portuguese sausage…mmm yum!

Favorite way to start the day:

a plate of bacon with a side of eggs with fresh cherry tomatoes

snickerdoodle shortbread bars

Favorite flavor:

cookies ‘n cream! we all know how much a love oreos so of course this is my ice of choice :)

Favorite pick-me-up:

    1. it’s very popular in Hawaii. it’s just a block of rice with a piece of spam on top wrapped in a piece of nori (seaweed). if you like spam, you’re going to love it :)

  3. Haha, I went to see a concert on the 4th and they used that exact poster to advertise!! :P

    That plate of bacon and eggs looks mighty delicious! Bacon for brekkie (or…any time) is pretty much the best. When someone tells me they don’t like bacon, I know they’re lying LOL – it’s impossible!
