Spotted this great guide to potatoes on Huffington Post. I had no idea there were so many different varieties of potatoes available. After seeing this, I’m definitely now on the hunt for a few of these potatoes (like the gorgeous purple and pretty red ones). It’s kind of sad admitting this, but I’ve only tried the russet, new potatoes, , and Yukon gold…meh, not very impressive palette huh?
